Stacker is a precious metals portfolio tracker designed with privacy at its core. We believe your financial data belongs to you and only you.
Stacker does not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data to our servers. All portfolio data (your holdings, quantities, purchase prices, and dates) is stored locally on your device using Apple's on-device database. We never see it.
Specifically, the app:
The app makes a single type of network request: fetching current gold and silver spot prices from our server. This request contains no personal information, no device identifiers, and no user data. It is a simple price lookup.
Stacker offers optional premium features through Apple's App Store. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID.
Our website (this site) may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies, does not track individual users, and does not collect personal information. It provides us with aggregate visitor counts only.
You can export all your portfolio data as a CSV file at any time from the app's Settings. Since your data is stored locally, deleting the app will permanently remove all your data.
Stacker is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
